The Judge Appointment Board has the task in purpose of article 11, 96, 101 paragraph 1, 102 and article 1 and 105 of the State Constitution and in accordance with the law on appointment of judges as regards to the appointment of judges, to evaluate and select eligible candidates. Chairman of the board is the Prince. The Judge Appointment Board is composed of the Prince, one member of each Parliamentary group represented in the parliament, the minister of justice as well as additional members as many as members of Parliament.
